Before 1 month I am diagnosed with diabetes. Test shows my diabetes is fasting 139 / pp 169. I haven't taken any medicine yet. But after one month again gone for blood test this time result was fasting 96 / pp 97 and HBA1C level is 5.8 in between this one month I have changed my diets and started 2 km everyday walking but not taken any medicines. Is my diabetic gone or still need to take care of all the things?

You have excellently controlled your sugar level, by diet n exercise. Maintain this and keep a watch on your sugr level at least for 6 months. With the given sugar level n HbA1C, you do not need to take medicines. Good Luck, Stay Healthy.
