Hello doctor. I have been facing quite a lot of stomach issues this week. Every morning I have been experiencing stomach ache for while and my stool is also constipated. Although the pain relievers after some time but the whole day I feel full and don't feel like eating. Moreover the pain may come back in intervals any time for some while. Although I haven't vomited but I feel nausea. This condition is since four days. Please help.
