Have arthritis in my left leg. Go to Gym. Practice cardio, muscle strengthening and some upper body exercises. Do both warming up for 15 mts before machine and 15 mts after the work outKeep the pulse rate to 130. Doing every alternate day, Time between 60 to 90 mts. Is it ok. Shd I continue as routine.

Hello, Great job sir. Continue the good work. You should add knee strengthening exercises to your routine. You do need to stop unless there is pain while doing a particular activity in which case so for few days get it checked and they take a call.
