Hi Dr. I am 27 years old I have suffering from pimples in face and head and my skin is very dry but when I put moisturizing then pimples grow up many spots in face and scalp Dr. please tell which facewash and shampoo should I use?

Hi lybrate-user. Please follow a few simple tips. Wash your face 5-6 times daily with a suitable face wash. Do not try to prick or pierce the pimples. Also keep your nails short to avoid spreading dirt on the skin of your face. Do not apply any acne creams as they are temporary in effect and pimples can come back after you stop them take care.
