I am 64 years young man, having weight about 90 kgs. I want loose my weight. My knees are also paining at time of exercise. So I walk on treadmill machine or walk on road. How much kms. Want to walk? What eat in morning, at lunch and dinner? I drink hot water in the morning and my food is with weekly two times non veg. Food e.g. Chicken curry, or fish with 1jwar roti and small amount od rice.
