My Wife has AMH level 0.5 and FSH level has 49. She has irregular period and doctor told to go with IVF. We have done IVF with Donor Egg and got success also. My wife got pregnancy and her beta hcg was 265 but when after 8 days from beta hcf first test when we go for ultrasound check up then doctor told no baby showing. Doctor told us to go with beta hcg again and now it was 56. What is the reason behind it? My wife still called pregnant or its miscarriage?

This is a biochemical pregnancy. Really sorry but this IVF is likely failed and misscarried. You would need to try again with IVF donor eggs and your doctor may increase the supportive medications post embryo transfer. Many a times there are no causes for such things but we try to do some extra tests and treatments trying to prevent it.
