I have Severe pain in groin and rhs lower back. Seems repeat of my kidney stone episode. Was diagnosed with 7 mm stone during routine sonography. Please advise temporary relief.

7 mm is a stone. Which might be difficult to pass spontaneously. You can have paracetamol if your liver function is normal.
