Hello, very good evening to respective doctors, I am a 24 years old. I got married 16 months ago. My Menstrual cycle is mostly irregular post 6 months of marriage, Few days back I had stomach ache in lower abdomen continuously for couple of days. Post consultation gynecologist told to have TVS. I had done TVS in 4th day of my cycle. In TVS it is found that I have hypoechoic exophytic subserosa fibroid of size 4.9*3.5 cm in left posterolateral wall. Doc prescribed fibroease 10 mg tablet course for 3 months to reduce the size of fibroid and she told me to try simultaneously to get conceive in these days. Please tell me the complications which I could face to get pregnant and what could be the prevention tips to get rid of this fibroid and to get pregnant. Kindly help me with your valuable advice.
