I am 30 and I have a back pain, if I seat for about 30 minutes without anything to support back. Then again I have a pain in my lower end of my back, almost near my hip if I seat on any hard surface. Please help me.

This is a pure case sacroiliac inflammation which is caused due to long sitting either on a soft surface or hard surface which can be aggravated if there is muscular weakness in lower back. You need to do heating in lower back and then do some stretches for the same like bringing your knee to chest which should help you relieve some stress. Then perform some extension exercises which can help you increase strength in your back. Till your back is not strengthen enough try not to sit on a harder surface. Try not placing your wallet on the back packet as it will definitely increase the symptoms.
