Hello. Most common cause of leg pain in runners is shin splinters, It is a very painful condition. Apply a lot of ice packs after your jog. Don't run on hard surface like pavements, cement or tar road. Start will shorter distance of jog and gradually increase the distance. For now take the following Tablet for one week, Tab chymoral plus daily three times after food Tab Pan-D one tablet before breakfast stop running for couple of days.
