I have recession in my lower teeth, what should I go for in order to prevent further recession and for strengthening and regrowth of gums so that they don't shake because I dont want to lose my teeth.

After recession, gums as such do not grow by itself. You need to get your teeth cleaned first. We can treat them by periodonral therapy, bone graft and splinting. So they won't shake later on. Maintain oral hygiene.

Cause has to be checked first. It can b bad occlusion or faulty brushing. Massage gums towards the teeth. That means upper arch gums downwards n lower arch gums upwards. With a gum paint or even wdout it can also b done. Rest guidance can b given on meeting.
