Hello Doctor, I was feeling very much burning sensation during bowel movements. Now it really hurts when I sit normally even in cushion seats. Not able to drive bikes or sit in one place as my anus area is started to pain. I was having a blood in a stool 2 months before for 2 days but not now. I feel burning sensation around my tongue. Had to go to the toilet at least 4 times in a day. Please advice.
