Mam, Good day. Apple cider vinegar Lowers cholesterol level and inclusion of two tablespoons of this vinegar can help tacking high cholesterol effectively. Please advise how many times in a day this is to be taken. This vinegar can't be taken plain, it has to be taken with water. Await your reply ASAP.

Hello,Apple cider vinegar 2 tsp in 8 oz (250 ml) of water three times, one at empty stomach in morning, and 1 hour before each meal (lunch and dinner) is recommended. 1 tsp of honey may be added for taste sos however acv is a supplement and should not be the only means to control lipid s if very high and proper medication should be taken along with asv, omega 3 fatty acid capsule as supplement s. Regards
