I am 29 years lactating a 2 month of baby, my b.m.i is 25, my lipid profile is cholesterol-260, tg-222, vldl-44, ldl-140, I have +ve family h/o of dyslipidemia and diabetes of parents, my diet is not oily or spicy and I am doing cardio of 15 min daily, now what I do? On google I saw for a product himalaya abana is it good for my baby?

Abana is good for decreasing cholesterol but i will recommend u not to take it till u r breastfeeding.u can simply start taking capsule lasuna from himalya.msg me for further details
