I am 30 years old women and I have got TSH report 5. 22is it normal? Doctor suggested don't need any medicine why he said like that?

Do yoga or walking or gym or whatever suits you Reduce stress and anxiety Avoid over consumption of soy products Manage your diet, stress and sleep.
