A month before I was suffering from back pain and knee pain. I went through medication for 15 days for back pain. Now I am doing exercise for back pain. It got settled but my knee pain did not go away. Actually I am having knee pain from young age itself (22 years). But it comes when I use A/C or during cold climate. Now for past 1 month I am having constant pain on my right knee. I have done X-ray but everything seems normal. Doctor suggested an MRI SCAN as he felt it would be a cartilage damage. Then he opted to go for collaflex powder without any medication.
