We have sex on 20 july and my wife take unwanted 72 just in one hour after unprotected sex then 5 days later on 25 july she had a period for up to 5 days and that is normal and also her due date of period is 25 to 28 july but on next month August 26 to still now 4 September she doesn't have a period she test by preganews at twice but the results is negative. What is happening sir/mam please help.

This is normal nothing dangerous in it. Periods will become irregular after taking unwanted 72, after sometime menses will become regularize. If condition worse then pls visit gynaecologist.
