Eat high protien diet,homemade protien shakes
Dry fruits,citrus fruits,green leafy veg
Milk with almond powder
Sweets incorporated with dry fruits
Avoid refined and junks
Divide meals in small 5portions
Avoid in bulk for 3 times
Drink more of water and fresh juices
Do pull up,push ups,dips
Go for protien supplement or some multivitamins under doctors guidance
