I am very lean guy. I want to build muscle for weight gain. What should I do can I take some intake proteins or diets. Please suggest.

Dear lybrate-user, -To build muscles for weight gain you have to consume a well balanced diet & do regular exercise -have more of fruits, vegetables including green leafy ones, wholegrains instead of processed ones, protein rich foods such as eggs, non veg, milk & milk products such as cheese, yogurt, buttermilk, cottage cheese, tofu, soya products, beans, lentils, pulses, peas, sprouts, nuts such as almonds, walnuts, pista, cashews, peanuts, seeds such as sesame, pumpkin, chia - include a protein rich food in each of your meals & also as a snack in-between meals to boost your protein content to build muscles - do regular exercise like jogging, swimming, crunches, squats, pullups, pushups, do moderate weight lifting for 15-20 min twice a week.
