Hi I have recently (from past 11 days) developed a small lump on my right wrist (lower side) on the right side. I can see my nerve below this lump beating. Its not painful. Its not going. What can be the reason for this lump? I feel tensed whenever I see it. How can I bring it back to normal. I have not had any accidents or injuries.
