Doctor I get head and heart palpitation when I woke up from dreams for 10 to 30 sec. This is happening every night 4 to 5 times (after dreams. I checked cardiologist and pulmonologist they say it is not related with heart and lungs problems. Neurologist given sedatives and beta blockers it will works for 3 to 4 hrs and it will start again. Because od sedatives it is affecting my quality of life. Please help.
