Im 23 years old. I have PCOS since 5 years now. As im a student I find it difficult to take time for myself. Im 156 cm and 79 kgs. Please help me to lose my weight and help me form a sample chart of food items to include in my diet. I did take medications for PCOS but my menstrual cycle is still irregular and I keep rebounding my weight after losing it and when I try to lose weight, ill lose first 1-3 kgs but after that my weight will not further reduce and become static. What can be done?
