Don't look at weight as the problem. The real problem is the food and the lifestyle which leads to that excess weight. You need to lose those food habits and that lifestyle. You need to aim and aspire to be more fit, more energetic and more active. Your BMI is 32.4 that falls in the Obese category. You are carrying about 25 kgs excess weight, and this weight is / will contribute to PCOD and other future problems if you don't take care of it now. Find a solution and pursue it. Stop feeling sorry for yourself. Take this as a challenge to get fit. Follow a diet of 1300 calories per day. Use Myfitnesspal app to keep track of this. It simply means one roti each meal with dal/veg curry and a salad. 3 fruits everyday taken before meals. 3 liters of water. 30 mins of exercise morning and evening. Avoid searching for short cuts and miracle cures, because there are none. Find solutions which are permanent and natural. It is possible step by step.
