My 13 years daughter's typhoid has relapsed after one month. She was treated with monocef injection and was on drip last time when she was hospitalized. Can she be given medication at home this time as I don't have any helping hand at home for running around to get things and manage food.

No ,giving medicine on your own is not recomended.. because not every time a same medicine is administerd..dosage and medication could be changed according to current situation..and severity..

Its alright if you have a trained nurse for injections and nursing care and a doctor md once to see her before and revise drug treatment add one more drug and vsiits her every alt day /s.o.s.also physician will confirm by rising high titres for vidal test exclude other infections too. Get her blood tests urine and stool cultures also. Exclude malaria dengue als and tuberculosis.
