Dear doctors I think that I have memory loss problem. I forget names whom I recently contacted. I forget learned chapters very soon and fastly. My focus and concentration power is weak. I was addicted to masturbation for at least 5-6 years. Now I masturbate in a gap of more than 2 weeks. I think that due to excessive masturbation during these years, I got the problem. Or whatever is the correct reason I am unable to understand. I want to cure it, as I am preparing for competition exams, due to this memory problem, I get nervous for sometimes on issues related to remembering of information. Please suggest me some remedies to cure it.
