My uncle is in his last stage of cancer. He had a PCN done followed by antegrade standing. After standing his appetite gradually decreased over 3 months and he stopped eating. Four days back he was admitted to the hospital with sepsis, mucositis, Hb 5, creatinine 3.2 and potassium 5.2 and bodyweight 48 kg. He is on intravenous antibiotics now and still can't eat and can't even stand or sit. I want to know about the chances of his survival and if there is anything to do to increase his life span.
