My stomach is paining since 2 week. Went to Dr. she told it's because off gas, indigestion or stomach infection. She gave me tablets and said you will get relief from pain. For two days there was no pain. After that stomach again started paining. When I laying down to bed then it doesn't pain, if sit aur walk whatever then it starts pain. In the night I sleep very well no pain in the night. I took pudina hara, ENO and having buttermilk, bcoz I think there is a gas which I am suffering from. But no relief. Can you pls advise why this pain is happening and it happens suddenly, is there any serious issue. Kindly advise. Await your prompt reply. Thanx and regards.

You have to improve your food habits do 1. Take 2/ 3 glass of warm water in the morning before brush 2. Take more water in day 3. Take meals at fixed hrs, chew food properly/ completely, no eating quickly 4. Take small amount of food at a time, take more frequent meals - may be five times a day. 5. No spicy/ fried/ fast/ junk/processed food. 6. No smoking, chewing gum, and carbonated beverages. 6. No milk for few days, can take curd, no uncooked salad 7. Avoid constipation 8.
