My age is 25, height 5 ft11 inch, weight 80 kg, unmarried.from 3 years I was noticing huge reduction in testicular size. So for first 2 year I shown to some endocrinologist. At that time serum testosterone 2.21 ng/ml, fsh on jan 2016 was 6.56miu/ml and lh was 4.58miu/ml. They said do not worry. One year after that time I again visited an urologist as reduction was true. At that time on june 2017 serum testosterone was 2.16 ng/ml (range 3 to 9), FSH was 6.45miu/ml (range 1 to 12) and lh was 1.73 (range 1 to 9) and semen analysis shown nil sperm report (azoospermia ,everything was nil. Ultrasound showed testis volume 8 ml right and 9 ml left. Then doctor asked to repeat test with gap of 4 days. After 4 days ,the test wqs serum testosterone 3 ng/ml, Fsh was 11. 05miu/ml and lh was 1.6miu/ml, semen analysis again showed azoospermia. Then I left matter there. Now my pubic moustache hair stopped growing. I again visited an endocrinologist .he did my fsh it wad again 6.36miu/ml and lh was 2.58 (range 2 to 10, prolactin was 11 (range to 20) .he said if you have testicular failure than you would have high fsh. There is some genetic problem. What can I do. Can I get cure or I am totally dead items of reproduction.
