I am 21 years old, but i am very tired because my body fitness is not good. My weight is only 52kg. Please help me.

Exercise is the best remedy for. Workout for 40 minutes daily. Also have food rich in vitamins and proteins. Soya, milk, curd, vegetables, fruits, dates, almonds and figs will help. Use them everyday. Take lots of pulses - all dals, sprouts and eggs.
