I am a 36 year old Male having hypertension for last 7 years. Currently I take Telma 40 once in the morning. I also take Ayurvedic medicine (Medhavati) for anxiety related disorders. I get tensed when someone else checks my BP and as a result it shows higher reading. It happens when the Doctor or the nursing staff checks it. When I check my BP at home on my own with the help of electronic machine then it seems perfect. I tried donating blood but could?t because of high BP at that point of time. Please advise. Thanks.
