Sir, I am 16 years old. I eat too many things but still I am very weak. I eat green vegetables also and other healthy foods but I am still weak. I have proper hight but my muscles are not developing. I have not consult to any doctor earlier and I am not taking any kind of medicines. Sir, please help me.

Are you engaging yourself in physical or sports activities? If not start them and be regular in such activity along with your studies. They relax your mind and body and help do better in your studies. Weight lifting and other exercises in gym will also be of benefit. Simple jogging will exercise the whole body.

Your weight is normal according to your age. Check your Haemoglobin status increase protein in your diet. 1gm per kg per day.
