Hello lybrate-user, It will be advisable to do nutritional assessment, understand dietary intake, frequency and recommend diet modification to achieve desired results. Ensure there is some kind of protein in each meal like milk/milk product, soy, tofu, fish, chicken, eggs. Have a balanced diet with lots of fruits, vegetables, whole grains, milletes, and stay hydrated.
