I am having painfully urination with reduced flowed for 6 years now and aal this started after I had a rigorous masturbation by lying on the bed with belly downwards. I have consulted 4-5 doctors since then and almost all of them have written similar test of urine culture for infection and RGU for stricture but none of the tests have shown any sign of either infection or stricture. I also feel pained on erecting .I am not getting any clue to what has actually happened. Please help.
