If my abdomen USG is normal, than do I have colon cancer? I see some type of red colour in my stool. But my USG is normal just detected grade two of fatty liver. But I want to know about that can I have colon cancer or bowel cancer?

Cancer cannot be detected this way. There is no reason to speculate or panic about anything by seeing red spots in your stool. If you are worried, see a Gastroenterologist. They will advise you a few tests and recommend treatment if required.
