Doctor just two days back after I woke up from my sleep, I feel my body pain on my back (opposite to my chest). It's not exactly lower back pain. It's somewhere in the middle. And I feel pain when I twist and turn left, right. Sometimes, I also find it difficult to breathe. What could be the reason? Please suggest me with full details along with medicine. PS: I work at night. My office timing is from 5: 30 pm till 2: 00 am. And I sleep during day time. Thanks.

I thing it's postural. Just change your seating position while working. Contact for further information.
