Is there any test to detect anal stricture, scar tissue? I had my fissurectomy surgery after 1 month of normal delivery with an episiotomy. I had pain in my rectum especially near episiotomy site after passing stools, I had my pelvic area MRI done but nothing detected. And doctors are unable to understand the problem? Please advise.

If the anus has developed stricture, you may need anal dilators to be used for couple of weeks. Some patient may need a procedure under anaesthesia to dilate it.
