Hi. Sensitivity of tooth can be because of tooth reasons. One reason is gum recession in which the gum looses its position and it goes down resulting in exposure of root part. The second reason is that dentine (layer present inside the enamel) must be exposed. So in both the above cases whenever will will take anything cold or hot you will feel Sensitivity. Maintain your hygiene well. Rinse your mouth well after eating anything. Brush twice daily especially before bedtime. Use salt warm water rinses. Use a mouth was occasionally. Visit a dentist for Scaling/ Cleaning. If you feel slight mobility in that tooth it go off when you take care of it.

The sensitivity could be due to gum recession or pocket formation If there is pus formation or abscess below the tooth even then it can appear to be moving, in that case after root canal treatment, it will go away. Getting an x-ray first would be ideal.

U need to get your x ray done to know the root cause of your problem. It could be because of wear loss of enamel tht might be causing sensitivity. U can use any fluoridated tooth pase available near u. Gargle with warm salted water 3 times a day. Once you get x ray send it to me for further need. Thanks
