I am having a generalized Anxiety disorder which eventually results in stuttering speech and social anxiety. I don't usually stutter speaking to my friends or family but while sitting for a job interview or in public speaking my breath becomes irregular and start to stutter badly! What should I do? URGENT.

Dear Lybrate user, It is very common to stutter in situations like interview / public speaking. It due to performance anxiety which can be effectively reduced to a great extent by practicing some relaxation trainings, adequate preparation and psycho therapies like CBT.
