I am a first year student. Whole day I use to stay outside as I have to attend college and then classes so from morning 6'0 till evening 8 I have to keep myself energized, but I feel very weak as if I have no more energy to do anything. As I have to travel alot, I need to eat properly but unfortunately I always skip my lunch and then have to sit for 5-6 hrs continuously.

This is very bad habits. If you can not take your foods timely then you will be sick. Timely meals like you very very important for energy fulfillment. Never avoid your launch, first you take & then work.
