I don't get much sleep these days. Don't even get sleepy. Then keep tired all the day. What should I do? Please help me.

Dear , apart from listening to soothing music, reading, etc before sleeping, I suggest to take certain brain soothing relaxing foods which will make you feel better n make you sleep like, ripe bananas, hot milk, dark chocolate, any fruity milkshake, dates, apricots, wall nuts.
