I am 26 years female. Sometimes I am seeing brownclots 1 week before my period starts. I feel winter I am too much stressed out due to some physical activity I an able to see that. Is anything wrong or is it normal?

It's may even exhibit symptoms like mood swings, hot flash, disturbance sleep, irritation, short-tempered etc. Suggest you to start few stress management plan on a preventive side to manage both stress and PMS issues. Feel free to reach out to me online to understand suitable stress management like few lifestyle changes, dietary changes, excersise, self therapies, special yoga ashana etc. Regarding Brown clot, it's not a major cause of concern before period. But still, it's an indication of irregular periods. Stress management should help in regularize this as well.
