Hello! I?m suffering from calf muscle pain since 3 years when I do exercise ie. Skipping I feel like heaviness in my leg and eventually causing pain in my both legs. Btw long time I was treated but I did?t met the doc on regular basis. As of now I do not apply any ointment. What should I do now?

Before doing any cardio like skiping in your case, do strengthen your muscles first For this do strength training exercises twice a week Take milk/egg/ paneer, as they r good source of calcium please ask for consultation with detailed information so we can better help you stay healthy.
