I am 39 year Male. Running high fever for the seventh day. Started taking paracetamol650 from day 2 sos.(14 approx till now. Taken 5 clavidurate 625 5 tabs on 3,4,5th day and stopped due to severe indigestion. Yesterday did diagnostic test which ruled out dengue and malaria. Even wbc count is at mid level of 7500 against a test range of <mobile> Platelet count is also decent at 2.04 lacs. Fever repeating 3 or 4 times in 24 hours with upper temp of 103. 1F. Please advise.
