Tongue and mouth burning and cutted from 10 days not able to eat food. I consulted doctor but no results many gels I used. Please give me good medicine. I think it happen to over heat of the body.

mouth rinse with cold water or cold milk , or baking soda in water, applying honey , vitamin B12, etc can help to reduce burning sensation in mouth
