I've been getting some abdominal pain since a while. A doctor friend doing her PhD suggested I do a sonography. I've been detected wit: Mildly enlarged liver & Polycystic morphology of ovaries (both) Right ovary 11 cc left ovary 8 cc Pls advice Is it serious? What precautions? Dietary changes? Any medicines basic for pcod and fatty liver? I'm planning to join gym next week. Is high intensity training ok? Or low? Thank you.
