Hi sir, Considering your age your BP is ok. A good walk for an hour a day and reducing deep fry, oily food items, increasing good amounts and varieties of fruits and vegetables. Having green cucumbers and soaked and sprouted groundnuts, walnuts is also good fr u. Concentrate on your mental health condition and do something good to keep you happy, work on your hobbies.
