I am 13 years old and from 2 or 3 days I have been getting pain in head at some points and it lasts for some time and it's doesn't pain too much ,and my hand and neck muscles got stretched 3 days before but not Stecher too much today the pain seems less but will it go away on its own the pain feels like that when I get water inside my nose but not that much, a bit less than that water in nose feeling in some points of head and I feel it sometime here sometime there but mostly in school today in school I felt less pain is this okay.
