I am a thin guy with height of 5 feet 4 inch with weight of ~~41 kg. And this is not good according to me. Even I took three times meal per day. At morning and evening I a Eat ~. 5_6 chapati and also at night. With milk. At lunch I eat rice with vegetables. What to improve. Please suggest.

Hello, according to your height, your weight should be around 60 kg. To gain weight, you should eat every 2-3 hours. Have 6 -7 meals in a day with healthy and high calorie foods. Include milkshakes, cheese sandwiches, paneer or aloo parathas in your breakfast. Lunch and dinner should be 3 - 4 chapatis with vegetable, rice and dal. Add a sweetdish after meals.
