I have lower back pain on my left side. I am feeling from last 3-4 years. The pain occurs on a particular spot. And when I put pressure on my left leg i.e jump by giving pressure on left leg, I feels the pain on my back. What am I supposed to do? Is it a matter of grave concern? Can I take a morning running or morning walk? How could I fix this problem? Please suggest me and help me with this issue.

Do the cat/cow stretch. Get on all fours, with your arms straight and your hands directly under your shoulders; your knees hip-width apart.
