Hi. Having severe pain in right leg. Got MRI done and report says: 1.Small posterior annular tear, disk desiccation and grade 1 posterior central disc extrusion at L5-s1 level causing indentation on theca sa, effacement of bilateral lateral recesses, leading to compression on bilateral exiting nerve roots. 2.Annual disc bulge at L4-5 level. 3. Mild ligamentum flavum thickening & facet arthropathy at L5-S1 level adding to compression on nerve roots. 4. Straightening of lumbar curvature and marginal osteophytes. Leg getting weakened/ Kindly tell me the severity of problem and which doctor to consult i.e Ortho, Neurologist, neurosurgeon or Physiotherapist.
