Hello sir, I am student. I read for many hours. But someday my eyes are paining and little red. Can anyone suggest me good eye drop to get relief from eye pain? And I sleep 8 hours so eyes get enough relief but still it's paining.

For a student it's obvious get painful eyes pain sometimes if we study continue for long time. I suggest something which in non medicinal that is a technique known as palming. Palming means covering your closed eyes with your palms. This method is perfect for the relaxation of the whole mind and body. Sometimes it takes a few minutes to get the relaxation level needed, but other times it is almost immediate. So just find few minutes gap to perform this it surely help you.
